Wat-er good idea....
A pretty neat idea for attaching regular bottles of water to the bike, not sure about it's aero performance(!) but it's a slick piece of design and might prove useful for the occasional leisure rider or commuter.

I have a mental image of that loose looking top tube clip allowing the bottle to act like a pendulum as you go into corners.
Timed correctly, it could allow the bottle to swing out as your leg reaches the bottom of the stroke, then as you bring your leg back up, your knee would punt it in an arc over the top tube, to then be knocked back and forth with your knees as you continued to pedal...
Call me old fashioned, but I'm tempted to stick with the tried and tested bidon and cage
