Garmin?!
I don't seem to be able to find any GRS riders on the fantasy league, at all. Given that I've just seen JV say something about their chances in the Tour Med, is there a problem with the page or have I spectacularly misunderstood something?!

I too have Garmin riders in my Tour of Med team
They were not invited to Qatar as WT teams are only guaranteed places at WT races, as pro-conti teams get more places
Are you looking at the Tour Med list, Qatar list or Oman list? I've got Garmin riders in my Tour Med team but Garmin didn't race the Tour of Qatar and I don't think they're racing Oman either.
