Well Scarponi beat Uran by only two places.
Nibali gets his stage. Well done!
Damn you Sammy and Damiano.
Right riders. Wrong stage but as Scarponi did well, not too much of a problem. Don't think Kangert got a point so no full house.
Well that went badly for me...
1 Vincenzo Nibali (Ita) Astana Pro Team 0:44:29
2 Samuel Sanchez Gonzalez (Spa) Euskaltel-Euskadi 0:00:58
3 Damiano Caruso (Ita) Cannondale Pro Cycling 0:01:20
4 Michele Scarponi (Ita) Lampre-Merida 0:01:21
5 Rafal Majka (Pol) Team Saxo-Tinkoff 0:01:25
6 Rigoberto Uran Uran (Col) Sky Procycling 0:01:26
7 Carlos Alberto Betancur Gomez (Col) Ag2R La Mondiale 0:01:32
8 Stef Clement (Ned) Blanco Pro Cycling Team 0:01:36
9 Dario Cataldo (Ita) Sky Procycling 0:01:41
10 Danilo Di Luca (Ita) Vini Fantini-Selle Italia 0:01:52
Have to say Caruso has been hugely impressive, especially since he wasn't even going to be riding until Basso pulled out last-minute. Could be worth keeping an eye on for the Worlds/Lombardy...
1,4,5,6,7,10 plus Pellizotti, and GC/jersey points for Evans. Could be green arrows for a change...
EDIT - just remembered my 30 penalty points - maybe not green arrows after all!
Tempted to stick with the GC team for the next couple of days and have 6 transfers for the sprint, but might swap Evans/Pellizotti for two potential stage winners...
And here's the GC:
1 Vincenzo Nibali (Ita) Astana Pro Team 73:55:58
2 Cadel Evans (Aus) BMC Racing Team 0:04:02
3 Rigoberto Uran Uran (Col) Sky Procycling 0:04:12
4 Michele Scarponi (Ita) Lampre-Merida 0:05:14
5 Przemyslaw Niemiec (Pol) Lampre-Merida 0:06:09
6 Rafal Majka (Pol) Team Saxo-Tinkoff 0:06:45
7 Carlos Alberto Betancur Gomez (Col) Ag2R La Mondiale 0:06:47
8 Mauro Santambrogio (Ita) Vini Fantini-Selle Italia 0:07:30
9 Benat Intxausti Elorriaga (Spa) Movistar Team 0:08:36
10 Samuel Sanchez Gonzalez (Spa) Euskaltel-Euskadi 0:09:34
1,2,5,9,12 plus GC points, not terribly pleased used 5 transfers and think I may have been better off if I had used none.
1,2,5,6,7 plus the usual gc points etc etc
Looks like my keeping with Sammy may have moved me back up into the top 4
Edit:
Actually I'm not sure if I kept di luca plus I'm not sure where niemic finished could be more points
Belkov LAST again, he's raking up the 10 points per day
I have 1,2,5,7,12
1,4,5,7,10,12. not too bad, no penalty transfers and well structured team for coming SF's. whatever they happen to be...
Sweet, Kangert nabs 5 points for being an Astana. Thought I had missed out on another Full House badge.
1,6,7,9,10,16,25,34z

SOZmyspacebarHasStoppedWorking!!
Arggghhhhh 2nd overall this stage by 6 lousy points
Still on the plus side , no penalties and upto 3rd again in the forum scorums Giro
184, full house, green arrows and made up a gigantic 3 points on Ter, Scarponi over Uran. I f I'd kept Sammy I would have made over 200 I think and saved a transfer. But there you go!
Was planning on dropping Evans but a few other people will now. I think his lack of training is beginning to show. Santa also on the slide (geddit?!).
Yep 181 for me, that is my question now, do I drop Evans for Scarponi is what im thinking probably Pirazzi for Kangert
Anybody got a link to a profile for tomorrows revised stage now that the Gav and the Stelvio have gone...

I'm thinking Evans for Uran and Pirazzi for Kangert and it'll be stalemate.
cheers matey...
Ive already made mine, Scarponi and Pirazzi in for Evans and Kangert. Gonna leave it like that for tomorrow, then 4 sprinters in for sunday leaving the best combo of guaranteed points alongside them (Evans being 2nd in the points has been holding me back from getting rid, but now is the time)
Scarponi 3rd!
Niemic 9 th
Santa 20th. Glad I don't have him.
Madge goes third!
Scarponi goes fastest then Nibali 30 s faster than him.
If it stays like that the Giro is pretty much over!
Gesink too! Well most of my hopefuls are doing bad! Nibali doing well at least
Evans not doing well
Uran not going well but Kangert also doing badly so maybe no full house after all.
Where's Dekker now? If he lands in the top 20, I'll get a full house
