1,3,4 from top 10 so not bad.
Up a few places but didn't make the surge I'd hoped for. Nearly 300 points behind the leader and ready to write off the Tour.
Not sure whether to keep trying to improve my overall or whether to stage hunt. I never do well at stage hunting as in the mountains it usually comes down to picking the right combination of breakaway riders.
Greipel was behind the crash and swerved to avoid it, so isn't hurt - not sure about his teammates though.
Boasson Hagen of course looked like a collarbone problem.
Bonnet came in right near the back so he's the only other one of the sprinters that a number of us may have who may be injured as far as I can see...
EDIT - Oh yeah and DVP...
Sprints require luck.
Mountains require judgement.
Bring on the mountains.
I make that 131 points for me, top 3 on the stage, 6,7,8 at the inter sprint and top 4 in the green jersey.
Not sure how that'll stack up, might not jump as many places as I hoped.
That will be the same for me - 30 penalty points
1,3,4,9 (roadcc) not so great. A crash was the last thing I wanted.
Same for roaduk. Won't win anything there like that.
Cycling News 1-4,6 (hooray - kept Impey)!! Plus even Froome and Valverde picked up some points in a sprint. Best chance of a prize this year.
I don't think Greipel actually hit the deck based on when he crossed the line, but I could be wrong
1,2,3 and that's it. Greipel down in 33rd, Van Poppel 168th, possibly held up by the crash.
I'd banked on a repeat of Tuesday with the top four fighting it out but hopefully those who had Kristoff/Ferrari/Rojas will have had them in place of Cavendish or Sagan and not Greipel.
Greipel rolled in 33rd, so presumably not hurt
1,2,3,4,9.
Not bad, but subtract fifty points for my transfers and you end up with a far more modest score. Still, no changes tomorrow.
just 1,2,3 pour moi
1234 for me
Kristoff
Ferrari
Impey
Rojas
Gene
Lobato
Dumoulin
Lagutin
Steegmans
Simon
then mainly GC riders
I thought Cav had that. I hope Greipel isn't hurt. I don't want to have to make a transfer but I might have to.
1.Kittel
2.Cav
3.Sagan
4.Kristoff
5.Ferrari
6.Impey
7.Rojas
8.Gene
9.Lobato
10.Dumoulin
Rubbish for my team
Think Froome may have even been 10th/11th haha
Greipel crashed!
1.Kittel
2.Cav
3.Sagan
4.Kristoff
Rojas, Cimolai or Ferrari, Goss and Lobato seemed to be in the next few riders
Kittel
Cav
Sagan
Lobato up there I think Greipel in crash.
Cav does seem pretty fired up after yesterday, might go as far to say he seems pissed off.
He's my bet for today.
Got
Sagan
Greipel
Kittel
Kristoff
Bonnet
Lobato
DvP
El Fares
2 pens
Hoping for better today after going Quintana rather than Kwia yesterday. Still about 200 off the lead. This is where we all piss enrique off. No tinkering. Want 1 for Sat. 5 for Sun.
Bet Cav will win. First time he's been first at the IM for a long time.
10,9,8 so 27 points (plus Sagan guaranteed 5 as will still be in green no matter what, and Greipel and Cav likely to be 2nd and 3rd in that comp still as well)
defo worth the penalties then.
Well those IMS points will make up for the penalties I needed. With Cav, Greipel, Sagan 1-2-3 behind the break
how many points will we get for those?
Damn, I axed Sicard yesterday and planned to buy Flecha tomorrow. Why do they both have to be in the break today?
Luckily I will be shooting up the table anyway what with everyone going penalty mad.
Cav 1st, Goss 2nd and Greipel 3rd..
Is that the order you think they will crash in
Top rules of Fantasy cycling don't pick Goss or Farrar!
with the intermediate sprint 50km from the finish could see an early catch....maybe?
Have Sicard in my 3 Frenchmen team - thats the best that can be said there!
Hoping for three good days for Sammy D as not many have him. If he gets bored of sprinting for 8th place he does like a breakaway too...
Yesterday's deadline fiasco(my fault....I know!!)has left me with a TT team for the sprints and I'm loathe to make it worse with penalties so:
Froome
Kwiatkowski
Kristoff
S.DuMoulin
Kittel
Serpa
Hoogerland
Gadret
Fischer
It actually doesn't look that bad if you look at it long enough LOL
