Not so sure about that Johnny
I was referring to the winner, It could either be a male or female.
If SHE had won something, then yes, it would become she.
she's a female might be slightly more PC.... Well done Fiona! good work and all
Thanks!!
One winner today and its a female

Serious bias from Vuelta today Egoi Martinez get's the combat award
6,9,10,11,12,16 + edet and Pozzy gc points.
Goodness knows how many i lost taking out Txurruka
Waiting for the complaint from Valverde and Nib's getting a penalty (fine) now that Horner is so close for that stupid move he pulled

6,7,9,10,11 + KOM points for Edet
Tomorrow looks like a funny old stage - lots of flat, then a bit rolling before the cat 2 summit finish. Might leave the transfers alone and save up for Madrid.
Nibali remains in roja - but by a mere three seconds from Horndog! Valverde still very much in the running too, 1:10 down.
3.4km of Peña de Cabarga to go for Kiriyienka and peloton 4:15 behind... anyone think they'll catch him?
Typical i dropped Txurruka for Edet
Same, nevermind
could have been worse I guess....6,9,10,11,12,15,16 + Edet, and nothing for Roux! hope he goes tomorrow
if i needed them, i have ten tomorrow
No one in the break for me ho hum! no surprises there then.
Big move for me today dropped Nibbles for Purito. Bit risky but hey it's just a game!
Purito
Valverde
Roche
Horner
Edet
pinot grigio
Konig
Arroyo
Barguil.
Really really wanted Duran Duran in my team today but could't get him and Purito.
I would just like to say that the rider values are pretty close to perfect for this Vuelta. There is choice but you cannot have everyone you want. If anything some good riders look a bit cheap, but that may be making it more interesting.
Well Done Dave!
Agreed - lots of breakaway guys to choose from so a bit more variation in the teams. In hindsight it was good for the fantasy game that Basso (and Zubeldia) dropped out, otherwise there could've been a lot more very similar teams.
forgot my transfers for the second day in a row
I forgot mine, too... Sniff!
Picked 8 big guns... had a choice between 4 Caja riders... I picked the one with the best shot at KOM but he hasn't escaped
Hmmm... not the breakaway I was hoping for. Like everyone, I got:
Nibali
Horner
Valverde
Roche
Edet
Plus...
Ratto
Nocentini
Ulissi
Txurruka
Looking forward to today, that stage with Froome and Cobo in 2011 was one of the most exciting finishes I'd seen at the time. I have the same main five as Ray, plus...
Ulissi
Sammy Sanch
Arroyo
Pozzovivo
Purists could do with a Txurruka blitz!
Choo-Choo!!
Goats back in....
Out:EBH,VanRensburg,Richeze,Bling.
In:Choo-Choo(break possibility),Lion King(getting stronger) and our two echelon haters Pozzovivo and Pinot(possible stage winners today).
Add them to Nibs,Nico,Valverde,Old Father Time and the current KOM leader.
Pretty damn good to be honest
33rd on the stage and into the top 100 for the Vuelta(90th position).
No changes for friday or saturday barring withdrawals so should have 6 for sundays parade route/sprint(or will it be like that if everything remains 3 seconds apart.....a final day stage win could make all the difference!!)
Maybe not........ Egoi Martinez
Simon Clarke
Caleb Fairly
Angel Vicioso
Adam Hansen
Amets Txurruka
Mikael Cherel
Reinardt Janse Van Rensburg
Vasil Kiryienka
Tiziano Dallantonia
Martin Kohler
Ben Gastauer
Chris Anker Sörensen
Grega Bole
Matteo Bono
3mins 30secs+
I've had Anacona for the last 4 stages so 1 more stage won't hurt, hopefully he fancies it
