Oh and loving the addition of the like button. Very nice.
Looking good - very first impression of the forum - the add in the middle of the page, i.e. the one squashing this forum all the way to the left, has to go - there's already an MPU at the top. Maybe my ad blocker on home PC will make it look better but must be pretty slim viewing on a mobile.
It's a bit harder to lock on to something as the whole font page looks quite similar in terms of background/color.
Christmas (if they are launched in time) is sorted for me now then
It's great to see John and Steve (W) listed on the team.
Their names evoke memories of being a teenager and buying MBUK (right back from issue 1 - it was '88 iirc and I'd been living in hope such a mag would come out)
I remember John on video (two wheels good days) about what makes an mtb and always tag (in my head) the words 'rugged and windswept' after Steve Worland's name.
Those heady days of seeing them at bike shows and being a nervous kid who never had the guts to say hello!
PINK argyle....Else I'm really having to find Sarah and rob hers
I can only see the first page of the list of threads for each forum, I can't see buttons/links for viewing the lists of older forum entries (although if you go to the last thread and open it, you can then use the link there to go to the next oldest thread)
that needs fixing, yeah. it will be
argyle is staying, though it's a bit different. there'll be a non-argyle kit too
Vaughters been in touch then?
Is the argyle going ?
Different design ?
Will my original Endura jersey be worth a fortune
Oh this is rather nice, well done to whoever did the redesign! Much more modern feeling, a lovely sense of space and less aggressive colours. Top work.
Will there be any new kit to celebrate ? or are you still selling the merino ones ?
there will indeed be new kit.
At the bottom of the homepage!?
Cheers
I will miss the yellow though; I kind of associated it with road.cc and it was nice and distinctive. I guess the change in colour is part of a wider re-branding?
site was yellow, but everything else – kit, etc – was blue. so we're consolidating, yeah.
My bookmarked m.road.cc wasn't working this morning but now is.
Logged in to the www. version on my phone and all was well though.
I must confess, I think I liked the site more - sorry Dave! I like some of the new info (ie. Team - although where is Tony?)
ps. How do you get to join 'The Team?'
I have often wondered
you're in the team, JTC. you just need to look harder
Excellent work. Always nice to have a bit of a change to keep things fresh and interesting.
Other major websites with awful clutter on their homepage take note
Very clean and modern, I like it
comments should be back on m.road.cc, btw
I do like it, but I think the shade of blue is a little to light to be legible on crappy monitors. Might just be my eyes, mind.
people on mobile not seeing full thread: are you using m.road.cc?
because the new site is designed to work better on smartphones in full mode.
I was using m.road.cc.
Whatever changed it's fine now!
HTC One though, so not really a function problem haha
Looking good sir. Like it.
I need to learn to press 'Save' once and be patient.
i've updated the 'latest comments' box to only show one comment from any thread, so you can make the same comment as many times as you like
Looking good. Very crisp.
Occasionally getting the word 'comment' in the top left hand corner of the page though !
