I have to say I was a bit intrigued by this overturning car transporter, especially as one of my regular routes is plagued by them (well, not the overturning bit, despite the presence of me, lycra clad, on a bicycle).

I think this is the exact location where our hero lorry driver was ambushed by the sudden appearance of cyclists (judging by the shape of the tree in the video).

I know the answer! It's a definitive yes. However, your case has no merit, you won't find a barrister who will take it, and if you manage to file the suit it will be dismissed on day one.

I wonder if the witnesses they spoke to included the pedestrian who appears to stop sharply as the car approaches from under the rail bridge 

Lack of responsibility for their own safety and even worse - their kids.

Should have been wearing hi-vis and a helmet.

Impressive isn't it, looks just like classic RWD oversteer, so not sure why they think the car was the problem.
