In previous years there has been return road transport but I don't think that's the case this year (although it may still change closer to the time).
Yes that's right, Southwark Cyclists say they can't get insurance for the coaches should they have to cancel, so they can't risk it:

I've booked to stay overnight in Southwold, and then riding back with the OH stopping off in a few pubs on the way. Can't wait. Should be a real adventure, with fewer participants and fewer pop-ups open.
