Try DHB. I bought a pair last year to replace a very old pair that fell apart. Exactly what you are looking for with an excellent pad. Wash up well and really comfortable.
I did a bit of browsing and the Velocio Luxe Bib Tights or 7mesh MK3 Cargo bib tights both might fit the bill, although both are extremely pricey.
But I would tend to agree with the other suggestions that looking at 3/4 tights or pairing your existing bib shorts with leg warmers or knee warmers might give you more options and be more affordable.
I've asked this question loads of times here and on reddit, and most people just can't grasp the concept of 'long bibtights.' Most of the suggestions I've had have just been more black thermal tights. The closest thing I have seen is this:

Though I've not bought them to try yet, they do show the material weight. I'd love to hear about any others.
Have a look at the Decathlon stuff, some on there that might fit your needs such as these:
3/4 Mid-Length PRO-Fit Mountain Biking Shorts - Black ROCKRIDER - Decathlon
Sorry, for some reason it wont let me paste the link but there are a few in their range which look like what you are after
I would also recommend 3/4 tights, though lightweight legwarmers are also a good suggestion. Lusso Cooltech might be worth a look:

I find the Planet X On One seamless base pant just right for spring/autumn conditions when worn under my usual bib shorts, exceptional value too.

Have you thought of leg warmers? There is a huge range out there and it means that getting the right fit/weight is much easier, and buying replacements is much more cost effective...just match with the right shorts and off you go.
fyi...when getting dressed, leg warmers first then shorts (with hem rolled back), always best done solo as wearing just leg warmers and nothing is not a good look!!
