iPayRoadTax.com jersey poll: and the winner is…

Cast your mind back to before Christmas and in the true spirit of democracy (or possibly not being able to make their minds up) the search for a design for the new iPayRoadTax jersey was thrown open to you the voting public. Polling closed on New Year's Eve and we have a winner and it's Design A.

“Luckily it's my favourite” Carlton Reid, the man behind iPayRoadTax.com told us earlier. road.cc commenter Mossy will be pleased and it was Tony's fave as well – the chunky monkey needs all the help he can get at this time of year and as he said before casting his vote “black is so slimming”.

More of those who commented on the designs here on road.cc favoured the white version and the good news for them is that according to Carlton enough people like that top to make it viable proposition too.

Look out for a pre-order page coming soon on Foska.com where you can opt to pay upfront for a jersey (and get it as soon as it hits the streets) or be notified when stock is available.

The iPayRoadTax.com message will soon be available in other forms too with the launch of an IpayRoadTax iPhone app, basically an off-line version of the website so you need never be without backup* when it comes to discussing the facts about your rights to be on the road whether in the pub, office… or even on the road.
*So long as you have your phone with you, and it's an iPhone.
