hm. so by choosing - as is my legal right - to not wear a helmet i'll automatically be branded a criminal if i choose to cycle in edinburgh?
at least their profiling will mean that all the mouth breathers on their £79 full suspension apollos will get some useful saddle height advice
I'm guessing it's the "mouth breathers" that are more likely to be stopped, be interesting to know whether you'd be stopped if riding fully Lycra'd up on, say, a Pashley Princess?
Either way, the important thing is that they are doing something about bike theft – which is good
