Sneaky Peek - Juice Lubes “Chapeau!” Chamois Cream

Bike lube specialists get personal

The roving road.cc camera spotted this new product from Juice Lubes at a race over the weekend. Already producing a range of chain oils, grease, bike cleaner, mountainbike brake fluids and suspension oil the Juicy boys from the west country now want to lube your body with a chamois cream.

Chapeau! comes in two different, er , flavours, Original and Menthol, with the latter being infused with Tea Tree and Peppermint Oil for a tainty tingle. Both varieties can be used before a ride as an anti-bacterial preventative against chafing and post-ride to soothe and help heal any “issues” down below. The Menthol cream is lighter in consistency than the Original but both are non greasy and will absorb well if quick track side finger-rubbing is anything to go by. We have a tube of each for more in-depth testing, no double-dipping now.

Chapeau! is made in the UK and comes in a 200ml tube for £11.99.
