Hmmm... Interesting that they are extending their range. Defo worth noting the comparison between them and Vulpine last September in The Guardian... http://www.guardian.co.uk/environment/bike-blog/2012/sep/19/levis-vulpin...
I got ish jeans from Uniqlo last winter for about £25, they are lined with a soft goretex knock-off making them wind-proof, waterproof and breathable. Perfect for the coldest winter day!
Aye - so mainstream they only make it for half the population....
I've got a pair of 505s and a pair of 511s to commute in. Love the 505s, the cut works well for my narrow waist and comparatively large thighs. The 511s, less so - have to size up in the waist which means it bunches up a bit when you belt them in.
But they're good trousers, they do what they're meant to. Keep meaning to check out the Swrve jeans at a similar price, but the Levis come out cheaper than most other cycle specific jeans I've seen.
Nice, but for those of use that shop at George at Asda...
(have to economise somewhere to pay for the bikes)
Something something..........fool and his money..........blah blah...........Aldi Lidl..............etc etc
