What do you mean they don't fit? Maybe Planet X is in a parallel universe where the standards are different. 21

Show me a picture of the ends of the axel (both ends). Sometimes there is a collar that can screwed or unscrewed to accommodate different distances between dropouts. Is it too big or too small?

If the Axel is too big (diameter) either file the axel (two flats on opposite sides) or file the dropouts. If you do this yourself go carefully. Don't file with all you might, take your time and consider/study the affect of each stoke of the file.

File the dropouts? There may just be some paint in the way. You could check the actual size difference with a set of vernier callipers, but I bet it's just paint. The tolerances are pretty tight.
