Ghost Drift has remote and replaceable battery's, plus takes memory cards and waterproof

Don't own either (have a sony ActionCam) but for my money, get something with a replaceable battery.
Plus, compare the accessories available, at the moment you may just want to helmet mount it (even though a GoPro on a helmet makes you look like a tool, sorry helmet GoPro folks, but thats just my opinion), but later you might like to put it on your bars/seat/chest/etc. I know GoPro does all this (you can even get a dog mount!).
You'll outgrow a basic camera or abandon it because its so crap, don't just think about your current needs, you may decide you want to use your camera for things other than cycling (GoPro has even been to the edge of space, yes I do fall for all that marketing hype, thats why I got the Sony at 1/3rd the price
)
