Looks like youre all sorted bud but I'll still throw another supplier into the pot for any other guys still looking and thats Champion Systems who are always used by the local CTC group for their kit!
Their address is http://champ-sys.co.uk/
Owayo. Awesome quality.
www.godfrey.co.uk ... tell them Yaxley Riders sent you.
Thanks folks,
We are going with Owayo. 4 week delivery time so fingers crossed & much appreciated!
Endura always used to be renowned for late deliveries / missing deadlines. Things may have improved, but I wouldn't fancy relying on them if you are up against a timetable.
It's a shame as I like their kit.
My clubs have used both Owayo and ForceGB, both of which were bang on time and produce good kit. I think ForceGB have a minimum order of 10 items for an initial run (but I think that includes any item of clothing). Owayo do small quantities, but obviously the price breaks are better the more you order.
I just recently got some tour jerseys made by Owayo. only 7 of us and each shirt done with individual riders' names and flags. Was very quick turnaround.

Great Kit, used by many local clubs... Well priced and they even support Pro Teams too! Not sure of turnaround time but MOQ is only 3 of each!
Akuma still have a coming soon notice on their cycling kit but they've been active for a while, been speaking to them as our club changes supplier. I think their minimum is 4 and production is a couple of weeks. Talking to them about doing LBL kits ourselves.

Spirit do custom kit, 2-3 week turn around.

+1
I won a jersey off spritcycling a few weeks ago and the process of design and ordering was seamless. I would defo recommend.
So did I, now my club are using them, useful because after the initial run members can order add hoc.
Try Decathlon, they do shirt printing at the Oxford one.
Could you all buy matching normal kit and get to a t shirt printing place....no idea if that will work on Lycra but could be worth a shot
Try Milltag.cc, though I'm fairly sure theirs is a 10 order minimum.
