dahon spec them on their bikes, tern too. Biologic make standard road-sized ones too

I wouldnae use it myself .. I like to build my bikes up as light and as simply as possible ...
I just post these things points of interest occasionally...
I like you (phax71) have not seen this before it is a good idea, not everyone will use/want it and it will mean using a QR seat post clamp which means it won't be there when you come back to you're bike in some towns.
I've never seen them, just thought peeps may find it interesting ...
