Or get any bit of velcro and cut it the same width as to where it straps through the light....then stitch on the "buckle". Sorted.

Look on the Madison website - all of the constituent bits of the Fleas are available.
I'll have a root around - I may have a spare you can have.
Not ideal but; Zipties? Semi permanent and will work as a "quick fix."
