give your LBS a call, they probably have a dusty box of them, if that fails try calling Ceeway, they're a framebuilding suppliers so probably also have a dusty box of them

personally ... i'd tap the little blighter. they're only
M4 or M5 so not huge. That does pre-suppose that you can
of course - is the existing hole small enough to be
tapped ????

yeah tapping is an option, I haven't measured the hole but it looks about 4mm dia so should be fine. I found the one you linked to but can't find anywhere in stock.
It's annoying as I had one of the push fit guides in my sapares box until I had a clear out a couple of months ago
