I had a Retul fit. The best cycling money ever spent. Wish i had done it years ago. Fitted on my bike plus loads of professional advice including pedaling technique. Transformed my experience and doubled my cycling pleasure.

bike whisperer (W5), did wonders when I was having knee problems. Did a full body assessment and found out I was a bit lop sided, so fixed it with my cleat set up. Well worth the money.
An Ex pro cyclist who does fitting for my club now, phoned him up once to say how impressed he was with his work, as he had seen so many bad bike fits come in.
And if you are feeling flash with your cash go see a physio too.
