Crap, I was travelling yesterday and forgot to submit a team... Oh well!
Wrong Argos(Veelers instead of Mezgec)
Wrong OPQS(Stybar instead of Maes/Petacchi)
Other than that pretty happy with 80 pts considering I set up for stage 2 anyway.....Thor winning a day early!!
I'll probably make my changes for stage 2 now due to the start times and go Matthews and Wauters in for Viviani and Ferrari.
Two winners today
1 Dave's Dawdlers davidh 155
1= ProVelo ricycle 155
That's a pleasant surprise - my first stage victory! I've missed a few races/stages recently (e.g. Binche-Chimay-Binche which I'd never heard of), but I'm glad I remembered to put a team in for Beijing.
2, 5, 8, 12, 13, 20 could've been better but oh well. knew not picking hushovd would bite me!
Only having a BMC rider in the squad stopped me from getting a flat zero in my purist! It's actually pretty tricky to pick a non-comedy team and get no points.
1 Thor Hushovd
2 Luka Mezgec
3 Nikolas Maes
4 Alessandro Petacchi
5 Michael Matthews
6 Enrique Sanz
7 Rüdiger Selig
8 Nacer Bouhanni
9 Jonas Vangenechten
10 Roberto Ferrari
11 Alexey Tsatevitch
12 Steele Von Hoff
13 Yauheni Hutarovich
14 Kenny Van Hummel
15 Wouter Mol
16 Chan Jang
17 Elia Viviani
18 Marco Haller
19 Matti Breschel
20 Juan Jose Lobato
153 Davide Vigano
not very good for me, hopefully saving all my luck for the final Autumn classic race!
1,2,8,17,20
Irritatingly, dropped Sanz for Cimolai (who was waaaay off the pace) but otherwise fairly happy. Doubt I'll make any changes tomorrow; save the transfers for the lumpier bits.
Should that be Mezgec in 2nd ? If so 1,2,5 for me standard
Bah, 1,4,8, wrong Katusha sprinter, wrong Lotto sprinter and wrong Argos sprinter! Thor in purists tho', thats my main priority...
I'm on the scores today because TER has some work to be done.
I'm off to the Dr's just now, will update scores on my return
