IslaBikes Fun Day.jpgIslabikes Family Fun Day this weekend
Children’s bikes brand Islabikes are running a Family Activity Day on Saturday 26 March – that’s this Saturday – at its premises in Ludlow, Shropshire.
Children will get the chance to learn to ride with help from experts, develop new skills at kids’ coaching sessions – they can borrow an Islabike if they don’t already have one – and try out bikes for size on a test track.
Families can ride together on a new waymarked explorer trail (hire bikes will be available), and there’s plenty more going on too including entertainment from a unicycling clown and a cycle stunt show.
The Islabikes shop will be open from 9am to 5pm and activities will start from 10am.

Mat has been in cycling media since 1996, on titles including BikeRadar, Total Bike, Total Mountain Bike, What Mountain Bike and Mountain Biking UK, and he has been editor of 220 Triathlon and Cycling Plus. Now over 50, he's riding road and gravel bikes most days for fun and fitness rather than training for competitions.
