You'll find both on Google no problem. Capital is easier to get to from town than iRide (it's in Te Aro, the business area of the city).

A little under two hours drive up to Palmerston North and Central Bicycle Studio is absolutely awesome. Adam, the owner and mechanic, will bust a gut to help you out.

iRide on Thorndon Quay is cool though heavily Specialized focused. Capital Cycles is good too.
