try sjs cycles ... they do all sorts of "odd" spares ....
They do complete axles ....

Yes, you need to identify the hub first. Quick google of your bike says Shimano 2200.

My guess though is that because it's one of their cheaper hubs that either spares won't be available or on the positive side they might be fine with some fairly generic cones.
Might be worth trying the lbs to see if they have any random parts in a spares box somewhere.

Shimano aren't great on spares, but cones are something they do.
Whats hubs are they? Should be simple to find cones
