+1 sidi are for the lucky few sadly .... mine (genius 6.6) had to go up 1.5 sizes
to get the width/volume I needed then were just too big

Just found the most comfy pair of summer shoes in the shape of a pair of
Spuik ZS15R - not carbon but then that buggers my feet too !!! - so you might
look at the ZS15RC instead ....

Sidi are lovely shoes, but completely wrong for my feet. They would slop up and down around my heels. shame as I tried three different models. To stop the slop the shoes had to to too tight to be comfortable, this is even playing with heel adjusters
