I was watching youtube reviews last night on action camera's as i'm looking to get one too, and the best for my budget looked to be the SonyHDR-AS10 (between £100-£150). I know its not on your list but the fact that the video quality on this model was better than the Go-Pro, is a good marker for the Sony that you DO have on your list. also the image stabilization was pretty good too (a must for our crappy bumpy roads)
Heres a review link. The reviewer goes on a bit, but hes thorough;

Virb obviously has the garmin interface, which is only an advantage if you run with a garmin.
try HyVid PRO 1080 HD Video System it's £300 but the battery is replaceable so therefore all day rides are recordable.
this is (hopefully) the link

I have the previous model (6 years and counting) and it's brilliant the camera/lens sits atop the helmet and the body in my jersey pocket, all your choices look as about as aerodynamic as a brick which might affect your cycling pleasure.
