This dickhead in York is really starting to piss me off. What an arsehole!

1) A pedestrian who is in the road has priority regardless of what they are doing as the highway extends from property line to property line.

2) To ride or drive at a pedestrian in a manner that threatens or intimidates is an offence.

3) Yes pedestrians blunder about in a distracted fashion, yes they walk about fixated with their smart phones, yes they can be oblivious to their surroundings and be completely unaware that they are walking on a cycle path and yes harassed mothers drop things and have to stop in the middle of the road.

It's what pedestrians do, we have to look after them and protect them from themselves.

This wanker needs to learn some manners, road skills, the Highway Code and above all to stop filming and get a grip before someone gets a really good grip of his windpipe.

I'm back in Yorkshire in July and less than 40 miles from the centre of York.

Having had a bit more time to think about this. People in some places are calling for cyclists to be registered like cars and motorcycles. This guy has given them a promotional video.

Just a thought.

So if York is that bad why does this guy use a bell to alert others of his presence instead of riding flat out at others? Or maybe ride in accordance of the conditions?
