Fulcrum Racing Quattro wheels

Hello,

I'm looking at buying a Fulcrum Racing Quattro wheelset and wanted to get people's thoughts!

I also have a question to ask. I'm looking at buying a used set and the description says it's compatible with Shimano/SRAM 10/11 speed groupsets, but on the freehub of the used set it says "11 speed". (Image here: http://bit.ly/1tzWONI) I have a full Shimano 105 10 speed groupset and wanted to know whether it would be compatible or not.

This is my fast wheelset I've brought without it already being on a bike, so would appreciate the help!

Thanks, Ben

They are 9/10/11 speed compatible and I have used them on both 10 speed Tiagra and now 11 speed 5800 105, just need the spacer at the rear of the cassette. I think I have a spare knocking around if you need one

@benlanghorne

drop me an email, I'd be happy to send you a spacer for free, we've got stacks of them in the workshop at Giant Docklands

happy new year!

I've got a set fitted to my one and only Allez, they hold speed well, look good, they've stayed perfectly true over the 1000 miles I've had them, including a fair few wet and muddy winter rides, and they're probably the best bang for buck item I've ever bought for cycling (aside from tyres)! I run ye old 8 speed with them and they work perfectly fine 1

Thanks for the reply. The seller doesn't have the spacer. Is this the kind of thing I'd need? http://www.wiggle.co.uk/lifeline-11spd-to-10spd-hub-spacer/

Thanks again.

10 Speed will work on them, a guy on the local shop run is running them on his winter bike with 10Speed 105. You may need to buy a spacer though (they probably will have come with this from new, but the seller might have lost it)
Give the fulcrum site a look and see what the manuals say, and query the seller if they have a spacer with them (if needed).
