Shimano 105 5800 11 speed flat bar shifters
Does anyone know if the flat bar shifters designed to work with the 11 speed 105 5800 groupset work with hydraulic disc brakes?

The flat bar shifters for 105 are SL-RS700 and they should be fine with something like the Deore M615 Hydraulic Brakes
See the 2015 Cube SL Road for this same setup (but using Ultegra 11 speed for the chainset)

If they're pods, yes, they'll work with any MTB disc brake.
