He's the best British rider to win the tour de France and thats as far as it goes in my eyes
At his discipline then yes.
At the TdF it will take a long time before anyone matches Cav and thats not just British but world riders as well.
For what its worth though Froome will be the best ever by the time he retires, the lad is pure class
If you are going to stick in mtb'ers Raleigh, then don't forget Gee and Rachel Atherton, Steve Peat and Tracy Moseley
Also, Danny Hart obvs.
Definitely a top two of Wiggins and Cavendish.
However, others like:
Froome
The whole track team (Hoy, Pendleton, Trott etc.)
And then the domestic riders are pretty sick like YantoB and Graham Briggs.
