The UCI.
What a mess, Cundygate shows us another rule that needs a reworking.
So.
It raises the question, if you were the head of the UCI, what would you do?
I'm thinking rid of the equipment rules, bring back radios for all races and create and Olympic stage race.

What puzzles me is why they cut the number of events, and limit nations to one entry per event, for the Olympics but totally ignore that for the Paralympics. Surely whatever logic they used would apply to both?
