Thanks guys... hands on experience is much appreciated.

I have had a mekk since March, must say it's fantastic! Been great so far just done a little under 1000 miles and 0 problems. Only upgrades I have made are new brake pads, bar tape and saddle (white tape and saddle doesn't stay white for long) Looking to get new tyres but they are good so sticking it out till July. Mines the 2G Poggio though so can't comment specifically on the potenza
I think I saw that cycling plus magazine are doing a review of one of the range (next one up if memory serves) but not sure!
you can get them at Wiggle - http://www.wiggle.co.uk/bikes/?s=potenza they seem good value for the money, slightly on the heavy side but full carbon & decent groupset for the price!
