Beam style torque wrench for low torque ?
I was looking at this beam style torque wrench

from 0 to 206 Nm
I was looking for a torque wrench in order to mount my new bike, I need up to 10 Nm.
Do I really need to purchase a micrometer beam style torque wrench or a non micrometer is good enough to tighten even the smallest torques ?
This draper one is 20 $, that's why I'd buy it, instead the park tool tw-1 (which is micrometer) costs me 73 $

A smaller torque wrench is easier to use in tight spots on a bike .
The Draper is an automotive wrench...that one is rather long 46cm.

but if I had to purchase a new frame I'd probably spend at least 330-350 £, as a matter of fact the complete bikes are usually more discounted than the frame bought on its own
Furthermore I'd probably have to purchase some tools to build a bike from scratch using the new frame
