Pro (Shimano) have made some coated aero ones too but I'm not sure whether they are still available. Otherwise you're looking at the winter types that would surely be too warm.

That still looks a bit too wintery for the temperatures (I scoff at you definition of winter) you need something a bit lighter but still waterproof like this:

Thanks, never knew such overshoes existed
But you will not scoff at summer and crit racing in 35C at 10am in the morning or commuting home in 30 to 35C into a 30kph headwind. Without a headwind it will be 35 to 40C. But at least it is a dry heat most of the time.
